If you would like to join please print, complete and return the Application and Standing Order Form to Mark Ratcliffe, 189 Church Street, Waingroves, RIPLEY, DE5 9TF.  Alternatively, you can hand the form to Gaynor Meakin or Sarah Carter at the Charnwood Group or to any trustee at our other meetings or events.

Winners will be individually advised and their names with the winning numbers will be displayed in the next publication of our newsletter, Smiles, following the draw.

The Subscription - £5 per month payable by Standing Order on the 28th day of each month.

The Prizes - (based on a 100 members) - three winners each month

               1st prize = £120

               2nd prize = £60

               3rd prize = £30

Prizes are calculated on 42% of the total subscriptions for the month (1st prize 24%, 2nd prize 12%, 3rd prize 6%)
